Managing the competencies of the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul and its relationship to their strategic decision-making from the point of view of the teachers
The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul discussed the master’s thesis on: (Managing the competencies of the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul and its relationship to their strategic decision-making from the point of view of the teachers) on Wednesday (12/14/2022), part of which was attended by Prof. Dr. Hazem Thanoun Ismail Al-Sabawi, Dean of the College and a number of faculty members.
The thesis presented by the student (Sarmad Mahmoud Hamid Ahmed) in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences dealt with the management of competencies among the heads of departments of the faculties of the University of Mosul and its relationship to their strategic decision-making from the point of view of the teachers.
The study touched on the importance of competency management and its relationship to strategic decision-making in helping institutions achieve their strategic goals with their competencies, which contributes to raising the level of universities, as universities and many educational institutions attach great importance to them because they have become a global and strategic requirement that is not significant in order to achieve the best and best.
