Launch of the Ramadan Competition for Students of the College of Science

As part of its commitment to supporting scientific and cultural activities and fostering a spirit of intellectual competition among students, and under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, the Cultural Activities Unit of the Student Activities Division at the College of Science has announced the launch of the Ramadan Science Competition through the College’s official website, coinciding with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

The competition aims to enrich students’ general knowledge and encourage them to expand their scientific and cultural horizons through a variety of daily questions covering religious, scientific, and cultural topics throughout the blessed month.

Competition Mechanism:

  • A daily question will be published through the designated link on the College website throughout the month of Ramadan.
  • The question will be posted every day at 10:00 p.m.
  • Participants will have one minute only to submit their answers.
  • The names of participants who provide correct answers will be recorded throughout the competition period.

Eligibility and Winning Conditions:

  • To qualify for the final draw, participants must correctly answer at least 20 questions.
  • At the end of the holy month, all correct responses will be reviewed, and ten winners will be selected from among the qualified participants.

The College of Science invites its dear students to take part in this Ramadan scientific challenge, which provides a valuable opportunity to acquire knowledge, strengthen perseverance, and promote academic excellence.
