Within the framework of enhancing academic cooperation and exchange of experiences between the faculties of Mosul University, the Faculty of Archaeology awarded Prof. Dr. Omar Ahmed Mawloud and assistant professor Dr. Safwan Fathi Hamid, teachers in the Department of Earth and petroleum sciences at the Faculty of Science, two letters of thanks and appreciation from the dean of the Faculty of Archaeology, Prof. Dr. Yasmin Abdulkarim Mohammed, in appreciation of their outstanding scientific efforts and their contribution to supporting the educational process during the academic year 2025-2026. The awarding of the two books came in recognition of their participation in teaching geology and anthropology to the students of the Department of archaeology, as well as the students of the Department of ancient Iraqi languages, and their scientific lectures contributed to enrich the academic side of students and enhance knowledge integration between the faculties of the University. The Faculty of Archaeology confirmed that the awarding of the two books of thanks and appreciation comes in recognition of the scientific efficiency and outstanding academic performance of the two teachers, and their active contribution to improving the educational level, wishing them continued health and success and continuing to give service to the University of Mosul and its scientific career. For its part, the Faculty of science expressed its pride in its outstanding scientific competencies, stressing that this recognition reflects the academic status enjoyed by its teachers, and their role in enhancing scientific cooperation between the faculties of the University, wishing them continued success and success and more giving in the service of Science and students.
