On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, the Department of Biology, College of Science, University of Mosul, held the defense of the doctoral dissertation entitled:

“Biochemical and Molecular Evaluation of Parkinson’s Disease Patients in Mosul City”

presented by Manar Khudr Ahmed Ali from the Zoology Branch, in the presence of the Head of Department and several faculty members.

The study included the diagnosis and evaluation of biochemical and molecular markers associated with Parkinson’s disease among patients in Mosul City.
