The Scientific Affairs Unit at the College of Science organized a workshop entitled “Updating Academic Staff Data on the RIS Platform” on Sunday, 17 May 2026, at Dr. Farouk Al-Omari Hall, in the presence of a number of faculty members.

The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the mechanism for updating data on the RIS platform, emphasizing the importance of entering accurate and up-to-date information due to its essential role in supporting university statistics, evaluating academic performance, and ensuring the quality of educational outcomes.

The workshop was delivered by:

• Assistant Lecturer Hala Munir Yahya

The session witnessed active engagement from participants through questions and discussions, which contributed to enhancing the overall benefit and achieving the objectives of the workshop.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants were urged to ensure the continuous updating of their data to maintain the platform’s readiness for evaluation and future planning purposes.
