By the grace of Allah, the Department of Chemistry, College of Science, University of Mosul, will hold the defense of the Master’s thesis submitted by Mr. Ahmed Farhan Haji Rashid, entitled:

“Determination of a Pharmaceutical Compound in Human Blood Serum Using Spectrophotometric Methods”

The thesis aims to develop and apply sensitive and accurate spectrophotometric analytical methods for the determination of a specific pharmaceutical compound in human blood serum. The study seeks to support biochemical and clinical analyses through advanced measurement techniques that can assist in monitoring drug concentrations and evaluating their therapeutic effects within the human body.

The thesis defense will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, 7 June 2026, in the Prof. Dr. Yousif Abdullah Shihab Discussion Hall at the Department of Chemistry.
