Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics held a course as part of its Continuing Education Series for the 2025-2026 academic year, entitled “Writing Research Papers in LaTeX Using Journal Templates,” on Sunday, March 1, 2026.

This course aimed to introduce trainees to how to prepare and write research papers using the LaTeX system, relying on approved scientific journal templates. Trainees learned how to format research professionally, insert equations, tables, and figures, and manage scientific references correctly. The course also helped participants prepare research papers ready for publication according to the requirements of international academic journals.
