A training course entitled “University Youth Between Ambition and the Pressures of Contemporary Life” was held for the University Psychological Counseling Department.

Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, the University Psychological Counseling Unit held a training course entitled “University Youth Between Ambition and the Pressures of Contemporary Life” on March 1, 2026.
The course was designed for university students, who represent the energy and hope of society for the future. They face numerous pressures, such as difficulty in finding employment, economic challenges, and the expectations of family and society. These pressures sometimes affect their psychological stability and self-confidence, which may hinder the realization of their ambitions. Therefore, supporting them with sound guidance and clarifying the steps for developing their skills toward their professional future and continuous training is essential to transforming their ambitions into real achievements that benefit both them and society. The course contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals:
Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being; Goal 4: Quality Education; Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth; Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities
