Morning session entitled: Physical Fitness and Healthy Nutrition: The Foundations of Wellness for Girls

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, the University Psychological Counseling Unit held a morning session entitled: “Physical Fitness and Healthy Nutrition: Foundations of Well-being for Girls” on May 6, 2026. The session was presented by Dr. Shaimaa Mustafa Mohi El-Din to female students of the Computer Science Department. A discussion was held with the students on the importance of physical fitness and healthy nutrition in promoting girls’ physical and mental health through regular physical activity, a balanced diet, and a healthy lifestyle to prevent diseases and improve their daily quality of life.
