Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics/Software Department is holding a scientific workshop entitled: “Research Horizon Navigator Tool.”

The workshop will take place in the Discussion Hall at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

The workshop aims to:

1- Introduce a method for discovering emerging research topics.

2- Analyze research trends across disciplines.

3- Use the tool in strategic planning for scientific research.

4- Evaluate the performance of institutional research and identify leading researchers and institutions in emerging topics.

5- Utilize interactive visual analysis.
