Discussion of the master’s thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – Department of Computer Science, entitled: “An Augmented Analytics Framework Based on Big Data for Enhancing Supply Chain Efficiency“.

Supervised by Lecturer Dr. Wael Wadaallah Mahmood Hadeed.

The thesis addressed the development of an augmented analytics framework that combines big data analytics, machine learning, and distributed computing to improve supply-chain operational efficiency.

The study addressed large-scale data preprocessing and feature engineering, shipping-time regression, late-delivery risk classification, and comparison between traditional and distributed machine-learning models.

The study aims to build a scalable predictive analytics system that supports logistics planning, proactive risk management, and data-driven supply-chain decision-making.
