Discussion of the master’s thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics -Department of Computer Science  entitled:

An Artificial Intelligence System for Analyzing Nonverbal Attention Behavior Using Computer Vision Techniques

supervised by  Dr. Amera Istiqlal Badran

The thesis addressed : the development of an artificial intelligence system for analyzing nonverbal attention behavior using computer vision techniques and deep learning.

The study addressed: the analysis of nonverbal facial visual indicators, such as eye and mouth movements, feature extraction and fusion to determine attention and fatigue states, with an alert provided to the user when fatigue is detected, and generating an analytical report on the user’s condition.

The study aims to  design and develop an intelligent system capable of analyzing nonverbal attention behavior in real time, detecting fatigue, and alerting the user, thereby contributing to enhancing safety during computer use.
