An awareness, guidance, and educational seminar was held, titled: “Your Mental Health: A Guide to Balance and Awareness, and the Path to a Better Life.”

To mark World Mental Health Day, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics—specifically its University Psychological Counseling Unit—held an awareness-raising, guidance, and educational seminar titled “Your Mental Health: A Guide to Balance and Awareness, and the Path to a Better Life” on October 11, 2026.
Prior to the seminar, a survey was conducted to identify the causes of stress and anxiety among participants, and appropriate solutions were offered to address the issues causing them psychological pressure.
The seminar aimed to raise community awareness regarding mental health, promote accurate concepts in the field, and help participants discover tools for balance by equipping them with practical skills to manage daily pressures and stress. This fostered self-awareness, enabling attendees to better understand their emotions. Additionally, the seminar encouraged participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Congratulations on the inclusion of faculty members from the college among the top 2% of scientists worldwide.
