In observance of Guidance Week for the 2026-2027 academic year, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics—through its University Psychological Counseling Division—held an educational and awareness-raising lecture titled: “Towards a Successful Academic Journey: University Attire as a Reflection of Taste, Culture, and Belonging.”
The session addressed the role of a uniform dress code in fostering discipline and a sense of university identity, noting that it projects a positive image of both the students and the college. It contributes to achieving equality among students by minimizing disparities in appearance and attire within the university environment. Furthermore, it strengthens a sense of belonging and responsibility, while helping to cultivate a more organized and respectful educational atmosphere.
