The College of Computer Science and Mathematics wins the Creative Arts Competition Awards
Under the patronage and presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, the Student Activities Department at the Presidency of the University held, on Wednesday, 8-6-2022, and at the University Theater Hall, a central ceremony to distribute cups, prizes and certificates of appreciation to the winners of the first three places participating in the competition. The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Prof. Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, the respected, attended the ceremony, in addition to the honorable members of the University Council.
The College of Computer Science and Mathematics had a distinguished share in these awards:Where the joint work of the two teachers in the Department of Computer Science took place: Prof. Fawzia Mahmoud Ramo and Lect. Marwa Jassim Muhammad won the first place in the university’s affiliate category in the Computer Software and Systems Track.
In the category of undergraduate and graduate students:
The joint work of the female students: Sarah Hamid Majid, Nour Khalaf Hajji, and Rasul Khaled Badawi, won the first place in the Computer Software and Systems Track.
The joint work of the students: Mustafa Omar Hisham, Saif Faisal Murshid, and Maryam Fares Muhammad won the second place in the computer software and systems track.
While the third place in the course of the translated text – English language – went to Mr. Alaa El-Din Abbas Rafeeq – Head of the Continuing Education Unit at the college.
And the third place in the course of weaving and embroidery was given to Mr. Ayman Framous Haidar.
