the purepose ofthis thesis isto give anew class of open sets, which is ph-open set : A subset A of the topologicel Space(X,τ) is said to be ph-o.s if A⊆ int(Cl_Xh (A)) . the τ^cph of ph-o. s is ph-c. A family of ph-o.s is represented by the symbol τ^ph.
