In this study, The coefficient conjugate enhances the effectiveness of conjugate gradient methods by accelerating the optimal solution, improving accuracy, reducing iterations and is a key tool for solving large and complex dimensional problems efficiently.
As a result of our study, some formulas for conjugate gradient based on conjugate condition and difference of derivatives were derived to generate high-accuracy conjugate gradient methods. Our work also focused on studying the global convergence properties and numerical performance of our proposed methods using Wolff conditions. Interesting numerical results were found by comparing our new methods with the well-known FR method for denoising digital images.
The thesis ends by discussing the new findings and giving some suggestions for their future application.
