Chaotic systems are among the most important nonlinear models that help in understanding complex phenomena. This research focuses on developing a three-dimensional chaotic model that simulates a predator–prey interaction while enhancing dynamic properties. Two optimization approaches were used: the first relies on analyzing Lyapunov exponents to generate initial values, and the second employs metaheuristic algorithms such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Walrus Optimizer (WAO). The results showed that both approaches achieve a balance between enhancing chaos and flexibility, contributing to higher performance of the chaotic system. The study highlights the importance of integrating mathematical analysis with artificial intelligence to develop nonlinear models.
