College Student Honored for Achieving Advanced Placement in National Volunteer Competition

As part of its ongoing commitment to nurturing excellence and stimulating creativity, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul honored student Abdulrahman Majid from the Cybersecurity Department for winning the Science Day Volunteer Award at the Iraqi level with his “Let’s Talk UOM” team.

Demonstrating the Deanship’s commitment, represented by the Dean, to supporting outstanding students, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College, presented the student with a letter of thanks and appreciation in the presence of the Head of the Cybersecurity Department. This honoring is in line with the College’s strategy to discover talent and nurture promising talent.

This national achievement represents further evidence of the excellence of university students and their ability to compete in various forums. It also reflects the value of ongoing academic support to hone skills and achieve ambitions.
