College of Computer Science and Mathematics

The College of Computer Science and Mathematics Council held its eighth meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025, chaired by the Dean, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, and attended by all council members.

During the meeting, the council discussed several academic and administrative matters, primarily the academic promotions of faculty members. They also reviewed preparations for the final examinations for graduate and undergraduate students, ensuring a suitable environment for the examination process in accordance with established regulations and guidelines.

The meeting also addressed ways to encourage faculty members to publish their research, recognizing its importance in enhancing academic rigor and raising the college’s academic and research standards.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean emphasized the need for collaboration among all academic and administrative departments to achieve the college’s goals and strengthen its academic standing.
