This study addressed the challenge of secure container migration and data state preservation in heterogeneous IoT environments blending edge and cloud computing. It also validated data migrated across the edge-cloud boundary.

The study aimed to develop practical frameworks for container migration in heterogeneous IoT environments combining edge and cloud computing. It integrated destination nodes with NFS state and used blockchain for secure migration.
