To be a leading center for providing high-quality education and training in statistics and informatics, promoting innovative scientific research, and graduating qualified professionals capable of addressing the complex challenges associated with data analysis in various sectors, with a focus on serving the community and meeting the needs of the labor market.

Department Objectives

  1. To strive for intellectual excellence in education and scientific research, and to provide professional services in various sciences to contribute to the development of society and related sciences.
  2. To prepare students for the labor market and develop their ability to interact and communicate with others through active participation in the field training program.
  3. To enhance students’ abilities to acquire skills in presenting ideas and working within a team through graduation projects.
  4. To encourage applied research in climate change, sustainable development, and renewable energy.
  5. To integrate with other sciences, especially mathematics and computer science, to support data science applications.
