College of Engineering Organizes an Awareness Campaign on “Handling Academic Criticism and Feedback”

Division of Media & Government Communication in cooperation with University Psychological Counseling Division at College of Engineering organized an awareness campaign entitled “Handling Academic Criticism and Feedback” on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The campaign was held as part of the implementation of the 2022–2031 National Strategic Plan for Education and Higher Education for the year 2026, Within the framework of developing a culture of strategic thinking and planning in higher education institutions.

The campaign included displaying awareness posters on electronic screens in College of Engineering’s Deanship and scientific departments. The initiative aimed to raise awareness among students and staff of the importance of responding positively to academic criticism and feedback, utilizing them to improve performance, and fostering a university environment based on dialogue, respect, and continuous learning.

The campaign aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4: Quality Education; Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure; and Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, thereby contributing to the development of a positive educational environment that encourages growth and innovation.
