This thesis includes The graduate student management system was implemented in two main phases: The first phase focused on improving the electronic data management process by designing an integrated database that included tables specific to each academic program (diploma, master’s, doctorate). The second phase was implemented by applying a data management algorithm with the aim of improving the process of monitoring students and helping them make accurate decisions based on the entered data.

The study addressed Design and development of an integrated electronic system for managing graduate student affairs in diploma, master’s, and doctoral programs, particularly with regard to tracking academic and administrative data.

The study aims to   Design and development of an integrated electronic system for managing graduate student data (diploma, master’s, doctoral) that takes into account ease of use and accuracy in data processing. It provides a mechanism for accurately and smoothly tracking students’ academic performance at various stages of their studies, improving the efficiency of administrative decision-making by providing immediate and comprehensive reports on students’ academic status, reducing administrative burdens and routine operations, and improving data organization, thus serving both academic staff and students.
