The College of Computer Science and Mathematics held an exhibition of scientific projects as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics held an exhibition of its students’ scientific projects, under the patronage and in the presence of Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Al-Bazzaz. The exhibition featured a wide range of innovative projects that reflected the scientific and technical level of the college’s students and contributed to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical applications, as well as addressing the needs of society and the job market.
The exhibition showcased a number of outstanding scientific and applied projects presented by students from various departments within the college. These projects ranged from electronic systems and smart applications to technological solutions serving multiple sectors. Among them were a website for a tourism guide to Nineveh, an electronic system for managing courses at the Continuing Education Center, a project for managing childhood vaccinations, and other technological projects such as VIN car information, PDF kits, a blood bank program, and a pricing management system for Dar Ibn Al-Atheer Printing House.
The exhibition also featured projects based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including an AI-powered delivery program, applications for monitoring stress among university students using machine learning, a project for managing faculty schedules and lectures using QR code technology, the “My Will” application for organ donation, and an automated emergency door opening system.
Organizing this exhibition reflects the College of Computer Science and Mathematics’ commitment to fostering a culture of leadership and innovation among its students, encouraging them to transform their scientific ideas into viable, practical projects. This contributes to preparing a creative generation of university graduates capable of contributing to sustainable development and serving the community.
