Holding the scientific workshop entitled: “Using intelligent technologies and operations research in selecting the optimal marketing mix for archaeological and heritage sites”

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, the Department of Operations Research and Intelligent Technologies at the College of Computer Science and Mathematics is holding a scientific workshop entitled: “Using Intelligent Technologies and Operations Research in Selecting the Optimal Marketing Mix for Archaeological and Heritage Sites.”

The workshop will take place at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Objective:

The workshop aims to utilize intelligent technologies and operations research to develop scientific models that assist in selecting the optimal marketing mix for archaeological and heritage sites. This will enhance the efficiency of marketing decisions, increase tourism appeal, and achieve economic and cultural sustainability through data analysis and the identification of the best possible competitive strategies.

A training course entitled "Ensuring Equal Employment Opportunities Between the Sexes and Developing Skills Building Programs Using Artificial Intelligence" was held for the Qualification, Employment and Follow-up Unit.
The College of Computer Science and Mathematics is holding an awareness lecture on the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day.
