Conducting a continuing education course titled: “Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making.”

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Prof. Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, the College organized a course titled “Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making” as part of the Continuing Education series for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Lecturers: Asst. Prof. Dr. Hind Hussam al-Din Mohammed | Asst. Prof. Dr. Raja Younis Mahou

The course aims to enable participants to formulate optimization models and represent them in spreadsheets. Additionally, it provides training on solving resource allocation problems, conducting sensitivity analysis, and interpreting solution reports to achieve the optimal solution.

A research paper titled "Improving Solutions to the Nonlinear Fractional Belousov-Zhabotinsky System Using Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithms Based on He's Polynomials" was published.
