A twinning agreement with the College of Science at Al-Isra University, college of Computer Science and Mathematics at Mosul University
In a qualitative step to enhance academic and research cooperation between Iraqi universities, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Dhuha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, signed a twinning agreement with the College of Science at Al-Isra University, represented by Professor Dr. Fadhel Abdul Rasan, Dean of the College of Science (Cyber Security Department).
This agreement comes within the framework of efforts to develop academic competencies and advance scientific research in modern fields, most notably the field of cybersecurity.
The agreement aims to establish the foundations for long-term cooperation that includes the exchange of experiences and the activation of joint training programs, in addition to opening new horizons for developing curricula and exchanging visits between professors and students from both universities. The two parties agreed that all provisions of the agreement will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and instructions, ensuring maximum benefit for the academic and research community in the two universities.
This step is a qualitative leap towards achieving academic excellence and establishing scientific partnerships, especially in the field of cybersecurity, which is of great importance in the digital age and serves the requirements of the local and regional market.
