This entails the destruction of the economy, as well as financial and administrative capabilities, and consequently, the state’s inability to meet the challenges of reconstruction, rebuilding, and building infrastructure.
The problem of corruption has attracted the attention of many researchers and stakeholders, and there has been consensus on the need to establish an institutional framework to address and address the problem through serious and specific steps, combating corruption in all its forms and manifestations in all areas of life to accelerate the process of economic development.
