The College of Computer Science and Mathematics participates in the (Seeds of Mercy) initiative at the University of Mosul
The College of Computer Science and Mathematics participated in the “Planting of Mercy” initiative launched by the University of Mosul, which aims to increase green spaces and promote environmental awareness on campus.
The college’s participation involved planting trees and plants in several areas within the university, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College, and with the participation of faculty members, staff, and students, in cooperation with the Agricultural Division of the Administrative Affairs Department.
The Dean emphasized that this initiative embodies the spirit of cooperation and responsibility towards the university environment and contributes to creating a healthy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that supports teaching and learning. She commended the efforts of those leading the initiative and their role in instilling the values of volunteer work and community service.
