College of Computer Science and Mathematics

Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Al-Bazzaz, the college organized the student programming competition “Code Rush” on Monday morning, December 15, 2025, in the college library.

The competition saw the participation of students from the departments of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Networks. Its aim was to develop students’ programming skills, foster a spirit of scientific competition, and encourage creativity and innovation in the fields of programming and modern technologies.

This event is part of the scientific activities that the college is keen to hold to support students’ practical abilities and bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, thus contributing to the preparation of qualified technical personnel who meet the demands of the job market.
