Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz, the Human Rights Unit at the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, in cooperation with the Human Rights Division at the University of Mosul Presidency, is holding a scientific workshop entitled: “The Legal Value of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Between Moral Obligation and Customary Law.” The lecturer is Assistant Lecturer Sahbaa Hikmat Elias. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the College’s discussion hall.
