A morning session was held entitled: “Etiquette of Behavior and Appearance: A Guide for Female Students to Excel in the University Environment”

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, the University Psychological Counseling Unit held a morning session entitled “Etiquette of Behavior and Appearance: A Guide for Female Students to Excel in the University Environment” on April 5, 2026. The session, presented by Dr. Ghada Mohammed Taher to students in the Software Engineering Department, addressed the importance of observing traditions and proper etiquette on campus and in public life. It also discussed the impact of a modest, elegant, and understated appearance on students’ lives, and its role in boosting self-confidence and building a positive image within the university environment. Furthermore, the session emphasized the principles of good manners, respect for others, and choosing good companions, given the influence of friends on raising students’ academic level and behavior. It also stressed the importance of using appropriate language to reflect a balanced and distinguished personality.
