A panel discussion entitled “The Internet is a responsibility: How do we protect ourselves and respect the rights of others?”

Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics/Human Rights Unit, in cooperation with the Human Rights Department at the University Presidency, is holding a seminar entitled “The Internet is a Responsibility: How to Protect Ourselves and Respect the Rights of Others” on Monday, March 30, 2026.
The seminar will be presented by Assistant Lecturer Raghad Abdulhadi.
The seminar aims to raise awareness among participants that using the internet is a responsibility that requires awareness and ethical behavior.
It will focus on how to protect oneself from digital risks such as hacking and bullying by adopting safe practices.
It will also emphasize the importance of respecting the rights of others, maintaining privacy, and interacting positively within the digital space.
