The Deanship of our college participated in an afforestation campaign in cooperation with the General Company for Northern Electricity Distribution within the implementation of the directives of Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi (President of the University of Mosul) regarding the necessity of the university participating in afforestation campaigns inside and outside the university campus to increase the area of green spaces and under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Yunus Al-Allaf (Dean of the College of Agriculture and Forestry). Several forest and horticultural trees were donated to the company and were planted in various company locations, including electrical stations (Jerusalem and Karamah), as well as the company’s main site.
