Discussion of a Master’s Thesis in the Department of Food Sciences

A master’s thesis was discussed in the Department of Food Sciences/ College of Agriculture and Forestry / University of Mosul for the student (Zina Damir Abdel Razzaq Mahmoud) on Monday, 3-October -2022. The title of the master’s thesis was “Producing healthy yogurt by replacing animal fat with grape seed oil. “The discussion committee consisted of:
