Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Al-Allaf (Dean of the College) received a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Waheed Al-Ibrahimi (Assistant President of the Mosul University for Administrative and Financial Affairs). The delegation included Dr. Hadi Hashem Al-Yasiri (General Director of the Horticulture Department) and Dr. Yasser Hassan (Saleh, General Director Department of Planning and Follow-up in the Ministry of Agriculture). During the meeting, ways of joint cooperation between the two sides were discussed, especially with regard to implementing the Earth Call campaign, which was launched by the Ministry of Agriculture to plant trees in universities, institutes and schools, which includes increasing the area of green spaces by planting a large number of forest and horticultural trees. The two sides agreed to work to achieve the goals of the campaign by supplying the university with the necessary seedlings to plant spaces within the colleges affiliated with the University of Mosul.
